Afro house is one of the biggest trends of the last months, that’s for sure, but there is a collective that especially stood out, I am talking about Keinemusik.
The German crew formed by Rampa, Adam Port, &ME, and Reznik is on the crest of the wave: everybody is talking about them, all their shows are sold out, and they are going viral on every platform. Their music selection is certainly top-class, but what are the reasons why Keinemusik became such a trend?
First, Keinemusik wasn’t born yesterday, it has been around since 2009, so we are talking about real professionals with over 15 years in the industry. Then, Keinemusik is not just a crew, it is a very well-structured project with a clear vision and a huge art direction curated by Monja Gentschow, whose work is essential to convey the attitude of Keinemusik.
Another key element of the success of the collective is definitely the setting of their shows: every event is a full audiovisual experience thanks to the renowned Kloud, the peace symbol, or other elements that bring magic to the performance, such as the drone show they made at the pyramids of Giza.
Also, pay attention to the capability of only booking the right venues. If you look at their shows you will notice how they fit perfectly in every venue, even adapting and mixing their visual identity to the venue’s giving rise to a new environment resulting in a unique show that differs from any other, as it happened last weekend at Pacha Ibiza, where they designed an iconic cherry Kloud.
